Well I must explain the ice cream deal. Yes, I can eat a whole half gallon in one day. I don't eat it at one sitting. It takes me about three sitting. Oh, but I promise not to do it again.
I am feeling much better. Had my car fixed today. It only cost $288.00 too. I found this great little place in the only bad part of Santa Barbara, he is really nice and does a good job.
Later today Carolyn and I took the kids to Shipwreck Park. She met a friend who had two little boys. We all had a nice time. You would think I have nothing to do., but I really have a list a mile long to do before I leave. Tomorrow the cleaning lady is coming and I will mail some extra stuff to your house,Arty.

A half gallon in one day?????? No wonder you have a tummy ache!! Was there a side of Cheez-its to go with it? Did you play computer games all day?

You are so funny, Robyn. You know how I get up in the morning have coffee and health cereal and fruit than I go to the gym (walk home of course).than for lunch and dinner I have salad and/or chicken with broccoli. Then I swim laps in the afternoon. I never have time for TV or computer games because I am too busy. Oh,I have to go now my nose is too long to sit here.

I have a friend who pretty much does just what you describe. She gets up...swims at the rec ctr....comes home ..plays tennis..plays with her granddaughter..cooks fabulous meals for her retired surgeon husband...goes to the theater, opera...you name it. She also drinks a good bit of wine and smokes a fair share of MJ. She's very New Agey too. The only thing I do with her is go out to lunch. I can't keep up with her...she's 60. Differnet genes I guess. I have no desire to live her life and I'm sure she'd be bored as hell with mine.
I think if Betty started smoking MJ her ice cream consumption and video game playing would go UP not down!
