My lawyer was here for over three hours this morning. We are getting ready to file suite against Hospice. He is a neat guy, came on his motorcycle. He is an MD and a lawyer. He just got his law degree last year but has been a doctor for about 20. He also had an IPhone! He showed me a lot of the things it can do. I want one.I did a little more moving of things around here. I have to have room for the tenants to put their stuff. tomorrow I think Carolyn is coming over to help me clean out my storage space so I can put new stuff in there.

Is this a class action suit or something? Is it against one Hospice?
Who are the plaintiffs? You've got me intrigued.
I'm intrigued, too. Does this have to do with your former action against your other employer? If not, was that ever settled and how did it come out?
As for the storage space--do you mean at your apartment or a separate one?
It is still the one against them for bringing in a lawyer,changing my Patient"s will, and me reporting it and them retaliating against me.
