Today I minded Claire all day and Finn when he came home from school. The babysitter had something to do and I told Carolyn I would watch them a few weeks ago, but I forgot until she called me last night. It was a long day, but they were very good. This morning Claire slept for almost three hours and this afternoon Finn slept for about two hours. He is the only six year old kid I know who likes to take a nap! Claire is in love with my watch. She must have it the minute she sees me. She gets all over the place and is beginning to do lots of other cute things. She seems to be over her colic and is on track for her age. I am so relieved.
Dexter is doing fine. His father reports having a baby is,"easy". He is of course only five days old.

Claire is really coming into her own. When you have a chance, try to take some pics--would love to see her. I thought Steve's remark was so funny; hope he says the same when little Dexter is 15!

Betty,
When Finn comes to your house...what does he do....when he is not napping?
Does he bring toys with him or do you have some you keep at your place?
I think I know what Clarie does. I'm curious how Finn entertains himself or rather how you entertain him.
Also, how close do you live to Caroloyn?

When he comes to my house he plays the same computer games that I play. Feeding Frenzy and Jewel Quest. I have lots of toys and games for him and now he is reading so I always have books for him. He is very smart. For real...this is not just me being a Grandmother!!
Carolyn live about a mile from me so we see each other almost everyday.

What a blessing that she is so close. There is something special about daughters....even tho I don't have one....I was one...LOL!
Finn must be a little doll..I can see him now sitting and playing 'his' games.
