We are going to LA for Father's day. Dana's dad is starting on dialysis. He has really been sick since the operation for aortic aneurlysms two months ago. I hope to mind Dexter while Steve and Robyn go out to eat.

Today Claire and I hung out for a while before the babysitter got to Carolyn's. Than I went home and did not much of anything. Carolyn invited me for dinner so, of course I went and guess what she had. SLYMPHIE STEW!!! It was very good too.

That's such a shame about Dana's father and it must have come as a terrible shock, too. Is the assumption that he'll have to stay on dialysis for good?
