The fires continue, but they are far form here. Sky's are sort of brown. Lots of people have called to check on me. Thats a nice feeling.
Yesterday, unemployment called and I told them I was ready to go back to work, but my company had not called me. They said they would talk to Meditech. I sort of want to go back to work there since they laid off the creep who had worked there. I'll wait and see what goes on.
Today I walked over to Carolyn's and we went to pick up Finn at school. He gets out at 1:30 on Weds. We went to Michaeals to buy Halloween makeup for Finn to be a Zombie.
tomorrow Carolyn is working so I will watch the little queen for a few hours.
I have been spending a lot of time playing Word Slinger.

Betty, I am so glad you are safe from those fires. I have been thinking about you, figured if there was any danger Rosemary would tell us. Now they are saying it was arson. Oh the sick people of this world!
Good for you wanting to go back to work, I wish I had gotten a job after I retired from the state. I was offered a job at a travel agency but declined it. I wanted a rest but then I got use to it.
